The Word of God has Demystified Success – Pastor Chris
Friday night service was awesome in every respect, the event which started with awards by the Healing School, Rhapsody of Realities, Loveworld Plus, Internet Multimedia Ministries, and Rhapsody of Realities distribution among others. But the highlight of the night came when Pastor Chris came up stage and literary set the auditorium on fire with outstanding expose from the scriptures.
Quoting the book of Isaiah 32:15 – Until the spirit will be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest, Pastor said that where there’s been no change, there will be change. God’s spirit is God’s answer. If you’ve been productive and that spirit falls on you, you become a forest. Look at the move a wilderness to a fruitful field, a fruitful field to a forest. Your mind is the door to your spirit.
According to him, you must disallow the wrong thoughts enter your spirit and corrupt your soul. Filter out the wrong stuff. Allow only virtue, praiseworthy thoughts, lovely, pure, of good report, true, honest.
Philippians 4:8 – Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
I’ll always be a success because the word of God has demystified it. Look at it, think on these things. If your mind is straying, pull it back. Let your mind not think any and every thought in order not to destroy the purity of your soul. Oh boy, this is wonderful.
Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these thing.
Your mind will not be a dumping ground. You become what you think. You become what you eat. Your life is the manifestation of your spiritual consumption. Glory to God. Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these thing.
Continuing, Pastor said that “you find two groups in churches – those that see good things only. They never know that something went wrong. They’re not naive. There’s another guy that knows all the wrong things and news feels that he has the responsibility to let everyone know what’s happening. You can’t grow like that. Your value will go down. People will run from you. Everyone that wants progress. That’s not for me. See”.
Prophesying to the brethren, Pastor said that “God is raising you to be a winner and success all the time. At every level, you can become successful. There’s promotion with God. Hallelujah. Even in ministry. There is. The more you fulfill what He gives you, the more He promotes you. Be faithful. If you be willing and obedient. Train yourself to be the two. Willing and obedient”.
Giving analogy with the Sheep and the Goat, he said “don’t be that guy… Remember the PRC and the drama of the goat and a sheep, both with ropes. Demonstrate it for yourself after the meeting. The goat will never follow you willingly when you drag. The sheep will not resist. He follows. That’s why Jesus talked about the sheep and the oat. Very unwilling, always fighting, but will eventually follow, Glory to God.
As the ministration continued, he said, thank you Lord, speaking in tongues. Thank you Lord Jesus. Hallelujah. Grace, grace, grace, grace, grace, grace, poured out from the presence of God. Amazing grace poured out from the presence of God. Who chooses to swim in the waters of grace? It’s by choice. Choose to swim in the waters of grace and all the good is yours, hallelujah. Swim in the waters of grace.
My soul magnifies the Lord. It will come out of your spirit as the burden are lifted and you’re lighter and lighter and lighter and lighter, precious Jesus. Glory to God. Ministration. The Lord is marvelous. Come here, precious Jesus. Hallelujah, glory to God. Glory.
Nothing to be worried about anything, you’re fine. Hallelujah. Glory to God, blessed is the man that walketh not in the Counsel of the wicked. He’s blessed, that man is blessed. He referenced the book of
Psalms 1:1-3 – Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
Pastor said that there’s something about the word of God. As you eat food, you will not see yourself growing immediately, but over time, you needed bigger shoes and clothes. That’s how the word of God grows on you. Eat the right things. If you eat the wrong things spiritually, they will cause problems for you. He admonished the pastors, and the partners to “measure your life with the word of God. The more of it you’ve got, the more you look like Him. In Gods mind, you’re his reflection and God’s vision of you. More and more, the the word dwell in you richly. Him in you and you in Him, they see Jesus in you. That’s what you want in your life. Sure. The manifestation of the word of God in us, that’s Christianity. His beauty in your personality. What’s Jesus like? You! glory to God.
Pastor asked rhetorically, Jesus is wonderful isn’t He. Are you growing and increasing in knowledge and glory. See. When Moses came down from the mountain, he didn’t know that his face was shining with the glory of God. When he got to people, they started running away and they couldn’t stand the so much glory. That glory now resides in us, everyday as we listen to the HS minister to us, we increase in that glory even now.
Hallelujah. That’s the power of God’s word. Everything you put your hand to do turns into success. It’s not by might or power, but by my spirit said the Lord. Refuse to vacillate. Unstable. Servants of circumstances of the last thing they heard from the flesh. They’re moved from the outward instead of being stirred by the spirit. I’m founded on the Rock. Speak in tongues. Oh glory to God…. Hallelujah, hallelujah hallelujah (singing in the spirit). Hallelujah. Glory to God. Amen. Thank you Lord. Hallelujah. Lift your hand and just worship Him! Amen.
The Lord is wonderful and gracious. Think of the fact that God loves all of us and knows each of us by name. Hallelujah. At this point, he asked that “there’s a young man, your name was Lukman and you changed it. They don’t call you that name anymore. Find your name and come forward. I have something to tell you. I’m blessed right? Are you blessed? You are. There are different kinds of meetings and the ministry of the spirit that’s granted us at such times….. Lukeman came out. He’s now a Pastor in United Kingdom. Pastor ministered to him and he fell under the anointing. Pastor prophesied to him.
Hallelujah, glory to God. When God makes you stand, no one will make you fall. The angel gave John something to eat. I see the spirit of God giving you something like a fruit and say eat, eat…. You gonna be like a totally different person from this day… Glory to God. Hallelujah. There’s a time when the spirit of God keep arranging things until we just step in. That is where you are right now. Take it!
Prophesy. The river is flowing and taking you to places where you will raise the dead, open blind eyes and heal the sick. How far do you want to go? Open your mouth and pray!
Glory to God. Hey hey hey! The spirit of God is still ministering. You can break your fast with biscuit now, there’s a blessing in eating in the presence of God. Make sure you get some of that biscuit. Already, while we are on that, let’s worship God with some songs. The service ended in a glorious note but before that, Pastor called out all the teenagers in the auditorium to pray for them specially. It was such a wonderful meeting.
