The 2024 International Pastors and Partners Conference (IPPC), a premier event in the Loveworld Nation, commenced on Monday, November 11, with an electrifying atmosphere of faith, unity, and purpose. Held annually, IPPC is the program that climaxes the ministry year and heralds the beginning of a new one, making it a pivotal moment for ministers and partners alike. This year’s edition, themed around the Loveworld Mandate, brought together a gathering of eagles—leaders, pastors, and partners committed to the divine vision of Reverend Chris Oyakhilome, President of the Loveworld Nation.

The opening session set the tone for the conference, with Pastor Kayode Adesina, the Loveworld Secretary General and a key member of the Loveworld Central Executive Council (CEC), addressing delegates. He welcomed the attendees with a message of inspiration and focus on the Loveworld Mandate, reinforcing its central role in the mission of the Church and the global spread of the Gospel.

Following this, a super session with Pastor Ambrose Isesele, Regional Pastor of Christ Embassy Ethiopia and CEC member, delved into the practical applications of the Loveworld Mandate. His session emphasized the role of every minister in advancing the mandate, ensuring that the vision set by Reverend Chris Oyakhilome is carried out with precision and passion across all regions.

The evening session brought more inspiration, as Pastor Moses Olayemi, Zonal Pastor in Benin City, Nigeria, led a panel discussion on “The Ministry Mandate,” moderated by Pastor Emeka Eze. Other panelists included Pastor Joy Amenkhienan, Director of the Loveworld Cell Ministry; Pastor Lanre Alabi, Director of the Loveworld Foundation School; and Pastor Christine Okechukwu, Director of the Loveworld Children Ministry. Each speaker expounded on how their specific ministries align with the overarching Loveworld Mandate, highlighting their contributions to the Church’s growth and global impact.

Pastor Joy Amenkhienan urged all delegates to remain focused on the Loveworld Cell Ministry’s objectives, particularly emphasizing the 4-Week Quantum Growth program. Pastor Lanre Alabi reminded ministers that the church’s mission is not merely to gather crowds but to nurture discipleship and spiritual growth. Pastor Christine Okechukwu emphasized the critical need for robust Christian education for children in Loveworld churches, while Pastor Emeka Eze stressed the importance of the Reach Out World Missions Mandate, urging every minister to be actively involved in global outreach.

A powerful super session followed with Reverend Ray Okocha, Director of the Church Growth Consolidation Programme and CEC member. Reverend Okocha addressed the theme, “The Loveworld Kingdom Culture: Upholding Our Traditions and Spiritual Heritage in an Age of Deception.” He emphasized the need for ministers to uphold the distinctive values, language, and culture of the Loveworld Kingdom, ensuring that these principles remain uncompromised in the face of modern challenges.

The highlight of the evening was the grand entrance of Reverend Chris Oyakhilome, who warmly welcomed all delegates to IPPC 2024. The President’s address was both profound and inspiring, as he expounded on the Loveworld Mandate in the context of the modern church. Citing scripture from 1 John 3:8, John 18:33-37, and several other passages, Reverend Chris challenged the delegates to align their lives with God’s divine purpose, reminding them of the importance of understanding their mission on earth.

Reverend Chris also revisited the three main areas of his calling, which he had received in a vision years ago: 1) taking healing to the nations, 2) bringing God’s people into their divine inheritance, and 3) building the spiritually largest and most impactful church in this age. He urged all ministers to remain focused on these divine mandates and to work relentlessly toward fulfilling God’s plan for their lives and the Church.

The first day of IPPC 2024 has clearly set a firm foundation for the days to come, with each session reinforcing the importance of the Loveworld Mandate in the life of every believer. As the program continues, it is evident that this year’s IPPC is not just a conference, but a movement—a call to action for all to embrace their divine purpose and advance the Kingdom of God. This gathering of eagles will no doubt inspire and equip ministers to carry out their missions with greater zeal as they enter the new ministry year.
