The Tuesday morning session of the 2024 International Pastors and Partners Conference, (IPPC), kicked off with extensive times of prayers and worship. It was followed by a teaching segment with Pastor Kay Joseph, the Pastor of Christ Embassy Dubai, who is also the Chairman of IPPC 2024.

Speaking on “Redeeming The Time In An Era of the Church Age, Amidst Global Conspiracy”, Pastor Kay emphasised the fact that the church age is the age of grace, and the church has to be conscious of ruling and dominating the world in these end times.

Studying from 1 Timothy 6:20, he encouraged participants to be committed to the vision of the ministry, avoiding distractions. Still making references from Psalm 2:1-6, he noted that “we have a mandate, a responsibility and a work to do, even though there is a position of rest”. Taking more references from 2 Peter 3 verse 10 and related scriptures, he noted that one of the examples of a successful Pastor, is that he is an ardent soul winner.

Pastor Kay further stated that there is no hard place for the gospel, with the importance of prayer. He encouraged delegates to be prayerful as prayer is a very influential tool to wade off evil.

Pastor Lanre Alabi, the Director of Loveworld Foundation School and Church Growth International, ministered after the opening of the 2024 Loveworld Exhibition. During his super session, he spoke on “The Art of Being Compliant: The Important Quality of a Successful Pastor”. He listed seven key points a Pastor has to work in line with, to demonstrate his or her loyalty. Some of the points include being compliant like a soldier, maintaining the quest to obey instructions as administrative structures in ministry, and as an act of faith, and raising the members to do likewise.

The teaching segments in the morning session, ended gloriously ushering in the Loveworld Awards which took place at the Champions Arena hall as delegates also visited the Loveworld Exhibition stands.
